DIGITAL PROOF:
A digital proof will be sent via Etsy messaging. Your approval must be received before the item(s) can enter production. If multiple attempts have been made to get your approval with no response, your order will still be canceled. A cancellation fee of 25% of total charge will be taken from the refund amount. I will make every attempt to reach you before cancellation.TURNAROUND TIME:
Production time is estimated at 2-7 business days. Larger orders may take longer.
Standard shipping is estimated at 3-7 days after production.
Recommended to order at least 3 weeks prior to event date. Delivery date cannot be guaranteed, so please order well in advance.

Personalized Styrofoam Party Cups
To add your own logo/text/image:
Use the upload a file button on the product page. After purchase, if you need to add any additional instructions, please send an email to sales@mamfirst.com and put your order number in the subject line.
Order Time Frame:
Customized physical products take 2-4 business days to make. You will receive a “Pending Approval” email with an image of your product prior to shipping. You must approve your order before shipping. After approval, no changes can be made. If you have not approved your order withing 48 hours of the “Pending Approval” email, the order will be paused, and this may delay production and shipping of your order.
